Molto bene! Soddisfati. Positive: La struttura sta a due passi dalla Stazione Centrale. Molto pulita, temperatura ambiente gradevole, tutto quello che serve pwd un soggiorno tranquillo. Negative: Il sistema moderno di check-in sulla piattaforma 😅molto tecnologico… ma questo è il futuro, viaggiare porta alla conoscenza ( anche tecnologica)!!!

Positive: Support from the Host is prompt and amazing, who made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, and we feel safe staying in this little residential community with secure main gate access. We truly appreciate the walk-in wardrobe space, as it allows us to keep our luggage and daily clothing neatly out of sight. Negative: There are no handrails on the stairs, which is concerning, especially when waking up at night to go downstairs for the toilet. The space is tight when the sofa bed is opened, as it affects accessibility to the toilet. It would be great to have a washer with full dryer function, as this was one of our key considerations in choosing an apartment over a hotel.

Review and feedback Positive: Short walk to Milano Centrale train station, airport shuttle and luggage storage. Heating is adequate (adjustable), floor is warm. Cosy lightings and furnishing. Sufficient space for 4 pax (except for pathway to toilet - see below) Toilet is pleasant, toilet paper is thick. Restaurants next door. Pane e Tulipani has good food and service and close late. Didn’t use the washing machine (no dryer) but it looked clean and pretty new. Negative: Had to open up sofa bed ourselves and rearrange/shift tables. Sofa bed blocks much of the path to toilet. Should install handrail for stairs to loft level. Could hear footsteps/movements (should be from apartment above but sounded like within our apartment). Asked for slippers and told that they were out of stock. Had an ironing board but didn't see iron. Strangers smoking near to apartment (which is on ground level). Big and transparent glass panel above apartment door, people on upper floors at opposite block may look into wardrobe / dining area? Door to building is rather small, struggled to enter/exit with luggage.
