BLUE - Tarra Luxury Suite Milan

Positive: Location is central Negative: I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a few issues that impacted our experience. The upstairs bedroom was extremely warm, even though the air conditioning was on downstairs and I had adjusted the temperature settings to the maximum. Despite this, it remained uncomfortable, which led my friend and me to use the sofa bed downstairs instead. However, the upstairs area wasn’t ideal either — there were pink flies in the room, which I believe may be due to the wooden ceiling that looked quite dirty. I reported this to the host during our stay. The most disappointing part was being charged an extra £20 for using the sofa bed. Given the heat issue upstairs and the fact that we were simply trying to sleep comfortably in the space we rented, I don’t think this charge is fair or reasonable. Especially when you’re paying a nightly rental fee, all basic sleeping arrangements and facilities should be included. I also raised this directly with the host, but unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive and unfriendly. Overall, the lack of comfort and the unexpected charge left me dissatisfied with the stay.

Blokada na karcie w dniu przybycia do obiektu i późne informacje o samodzielnym zameldowaniu. Positive: System samodzielnego zameldowania był przekazany nam dopiero w dniu przyjazdu. Ponadto wymagano ode mnie zdjęcia dowodu osobistego, z czym nie spotkałam się w żadnym z kilku hoteli,w których mieszkałam, a dwa też zaproponowały samodzielne zameldowanie. Obyło się bez mojego dowodu. Wszystkie instrukcje dostałam dwa dni przed przybyciem do hotelu. W przypadku tego apartamentu wszystko działo się, kiedy kierowałam samochodem w drodze do Mediolanu. Ponadto zablokowano mi ponad 300 Euro kaucji na wypadek gdyby coś uległo zniszczeniu. Uważam to za dużą niedogodność zwłaszcza, że poinformowano mnie, że kaucja zostanie zwolniona w ciągu 10 dni, co uważam za okres bardzo długi. Wypożyczalnie samochodów zwracają kaucję w ciągu kilku dni. Na pewno Negative: System samodzielnego zameldowania był przekazany nam dopiero w dniu przyjazdu. Ponadto wymagano ode mnie zdjęć dowodu osobistego, z czym nie spotkałam się jeszcze w żadnym hotelu, a podróżuję dużo po świecie. W czasie tej popdróży skorzystałam też z takiej opcji w jednym z hoteli, ale nikt nie wymagał ode mnie zdjęć dowodu osobistego, a tym bardziej kaucji za ewentualne zniszczenia. Zablokowano mi ponad 300 Euro na wypadek gdyby coś uległo zniszczeniu. Kaucja ma być zwrócona w ciągu 10 dni. To też niespotykana dla mnie sytuacja. Nawet wypożyczalnie samochodów na ogół w ciągu 3 dni uwalniają blokadę. Na dodatek po wejściu do apartamentu na podłodze była wielka kałuża wody, którą musieliśmy usunąć ręcznikami papierowymi gdyż nie znaleźliśmy w apartamencie żadnej szmaty. Brakowało też czajnika do wody, by móc zrobić herbatę. Na pewno nie jest o apartament klasy luxury jak jest w nazwie obiektu. Wszystkie hotele były tańsze, a dodatkowo oferowały śniadanie i wyjątkowo wysoki komfort.

Mycket fint boende. Perfekt övernattninglägenhet för oss som anlände sent med flyg och behövde nära till tågstationen da Positive: Fräscht, modernt, centralt och enkelt att checka in! Negative: Det låter en del när andra går på våningen ovanför. Ta med öronproppar om man vaknar lätt av ljud.

I’ll be back - thanks for everything. Don’t hesitate to book this well located (five minutes to Milan Centrale for easy Positive: This property was exceptional. It was set up for SEAMLESS check in, there were instructions for the wi-fi and air conditioner, chargers, etc. The hosts were VERY communicative. We literally booked the room and were inside within 20-30 minutes. The host responded to my questions and even made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The nicest flat we stayed in over a three week trip in europe. Comfy bed and pillows, great toiletries, we did laundry and there was detergent left for us. Nespresso maker and pods. PERFECT Stay. I didn’t mention the great bathroom and huge shower. A++++++++ Negative: Nothing
